Solatbaji is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Solatbaji website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering with or using any service on Solatbaji, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

• These terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
• Solatbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Creating an account is required to access Solatbaji's services. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified. Withdrawals will not be permitted from unverified accounts.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Solatbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from a shared password.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to Solatbaji's support team immediately.
• Solatbaji may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Solatbaji strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If this is found to be false, your account will be permanently terminated.

• Registrants must be residents of Bangladesh and must use a Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Solatbaji cannot be accessed from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Solatbaji employees are not permitted to place bets or participate in gaming on the platform.

Solatbaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Each payment method has its own limits and processing times.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP tier.
• Solatbaji reserves the right to place a hold on payments and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without being used in at least one bet or game — a minimum of one play is required.

Solatbaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the respective offer page. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its associated terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is applied to the first deposit.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5x to 10x).
• The deadline to meet wagering requirements is generally within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Solatbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Cashback bonuses are directly withdrawable, while winnings from free bet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

All betting on Solatbaji is conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Odds and lines may be updated at any time — the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.
• Solatbaji is not liable for any bets rejected due to network delays during live betting.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority shall be final.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event, and Solatbaji reserves the right to modify it at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, Solatbaji reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Solatbaji platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• The use of bots, automation software, or hacking tools of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is a criminal offense.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system and claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Using Solatbaji's name or logo to conduct fraudulent activity targeting third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Using a Solatbaji account for money laundering or any form of illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour toward other members is strictly prohibited.

Solatbaji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If KYC verification documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 180 days).
• If a court order or government directive is received requiring the account to be closed.

To voluntarily close your account, send a request to support@solatbaji.com. Please ensure your balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.

Solatbaji believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or addiction. The wellbeing and peace of mind of our members is our top priority.

• Any member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Through the Self-Exclusion feature, you can temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
• You can activate a cooling-off period to take a break from gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
